What are Salestrics Geo-Locks?

Geo-Locks are regional signup controls while we harden billing, compliance, and support for global rollout. They are not a product limitation inside existing workspaces.

Do existing workspaces need to migrate when Geo-Locks open?

No. Current customers in US, Mexico, and Canada keep their workspaces. The change only expands who can register new accounts starting August 3.

Salestrics Opens Geo-Locks August 3 — Worldwide Access Begins

Salestrics has operated under Geo-Locks since our June launch — new signups limited to the United States, Mexico, and Canada while we validated billing, support, and infrastructure at scale. On August 3, 2026, those locks open: teams worldwide can register and run pipeline, mail, docs, and AI on one revenue workspace.

What changes on August 3

Starting August 3, 2026, anyone can create a workspace at app.salestrics.com — not only registrants with billing addresses in North America. Geo-Locks were a rollout control, not a permanent regional product split. The same platform teams use today in the US, Mexico, and Canada — Momentum CRM, Salestrics Mail, Workspace, Connect, Resolve, and Salestrics AI — is what global teams get on day one.

Why we used Geo-Locks

We launched in June. Geo-Locks kept new signups in North America while we hardened global billing, compliance, and support. That window let us:

Stabilize core platform reliability with a defined launch region
Stand up Support AI and human escalation paths
Confirm billing and plan flows before opening floodgates globally
Publish clear system status and incident communication

Teams outside North America emailed us for months. August 3 is the date we stop saying “soon” and start saying open.
