Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

Effective date: June 24, 2026

Salestrics Inc. (“Salestrics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at salestrics.com and the Salestrics revenue workspace available at mysalestrics.com and related application URLs (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Salestrics Inc.
Maryville, Tennessee, United States
Email: support@salestrics.com

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account and profile data — name, email address, organization name, password (stored in hashed form), and settings you configure in the workspace.
  • Customer and business data — CRM records, documents, messages, files, billing details, and other content you or your organization uploads or creates in the Service.
  • Communications — messages you send to support, feedback you submit, and newsletter sign-ups on our marketing site.
  • Payment information — subscription and billing details processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and log data — pages viewed, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, device information, and referring URLs.
  • Product diagnostics — error reports and performance data needed to operate and improve the Service.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6 below.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Process subscriptions and send transactional communications
  • Respond to support requests
  • Monitor usage, fix bugs, and develop new features
  • Send product updates and marketing communications where permitted (you may opt out of marketing emails)
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

4. AI features and your data

Salestrics includes AI-powered features that may process content in your workspace — such as CRM records, documents, and activity — to generate summaries, drafts, suggestions, and automations. AI outputs are provided to assist your team; you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it in business decisions or customer communications.

We do not use your organization’s private workspace content to train public foundation models for unrelated third-party products. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to improve our own product and reliability.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers — hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, and customer support tools that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
  • Your organization — other users in your workspace according to roles and permissions you or your admin configure.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security of Salestrics, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection of your information.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Analytics and cookies

Our marketing site and product may use:

  • Google Analytics — to understand site traffic and usage patterns. Learn more at Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • PostHog — for product analytics on salestrics.com. Learn more at posthog.com/privacy.
  • Essential cookies — required for authentication, security, and core functionality of the Service.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit parts of the Service.

7. Data retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your organization maintains an active account or as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we may retain certain data for backup, legal, or security purposes for a limited period, then delete or de-identify it unless law requires longer retention.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Export data you provided through the Service
  • Opt out of marketing communications

To make a request, email support@salestrics.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests. If you are an end user of a customer organization, contact your workspace administrator first — they control most business data in the Service.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to Salestrics.

11. International users

Salestrics is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
