FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Salestrics Mail, Free Forever, Intro and paid plans, Connect, Orbit!, trials, and support — aligned with app.salestrics.com/pricing.
- What’s included on Salestrics?
- Every plan includes the core platform — Momentum (CRM), Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar), Assistant, Ledger, Insight, Auto, and Flow (Beta) — plus Salestrics Mail and Resolve. Every launcher module is Live on eligible plans, including Connect on Startup and above and Orbit! on Launch and above. Open Flow from the app launcher for supply chain management — inventory, fulfillment, and vendor flows on your organization graph. Sprint kanban runs inside Momentum and Resolve. See screenshots or read the docs.
- What is Salestrics Mail?
- Salestrics Mail provides personal and org mailboxes at mysalestrics.com — read and send at mail.salestrics.com. Every plan gets org-wide and individual addresses with a Gmail-style inbox, optional Gmail sync, and a calendar tab. Launch+ adds BYOD (bring your own domain). Every org admin gets Mail Admin for user and domain management — on any plan, with or without BYOD. Attachment storage counts against your Workspace Drive allowance. Learn more.
- Can I use my own domain for email?
- Yes — on Launch and above. Every plan includes
@mysalestrics.comaddresses. Launch+ workspaces can bring your own domain (BYOD) through Mail Admin: verify DNS and send from your company domain. Open Admin → Mail to get started. See plan tiers. - What is Mail Admin?
- Mail Admin is the admin portal for Salestrics Mail. Every org admin has access — on any plan, with or without BYOD. It covers user management (IAM, synced with Salestrics Admin) and domain management. Open it from Admin → Mail or the gear icon in Mail.
- Who can access Mail Admin?
- Every org admin — regardless of plan or BYOD. Mail Admin is not a Launch+ feature. Free Forever through Scale admins can manage mail users; Launch+ admins can also manage custom domains for BYOD.
- Is Mail included on Free Forever?
- Yes. Salestrics Mail is included on Free Forever and every paid plan — personal and org mailboxes, full client access at mail.salestrics.com, and optional Gmail sync. Get started free.
- Can I connect Gmail?
- Yes. In Salestrics Email you can connect external Gmail accounts and sync messages alongside your Salestrics org and individual addresses. Gmail stays a separate personal inbox — distinct from your workspace mailbox — so personal and company mail stay organized in one client.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Free Forever includes one user, the core platform, and Salestrics Mail — no credit card required. Limits align with Intro for a solo seller (without Connect): 10,000 CRM records, 5 GB Drive per user, 1M AI tokens per org per month, and 250 bulk automations per month. Upgrade when you need Connect, Orbit!, more seats, or higher limits.
- What is Intro?
- Intro is $29.99/mo for one seat with full Startup-level platform limits — custom CRM fields, Ledger bank connection, and higher meters — but without Connect. It is the paid solo plan for sellers who want more than Free Forever without team chat or video yet.
- What do paid plans cost?
- Intro $29.99/mo (1 seat, no Connect), Startup $59.99/mo (2 seats with Connect), Launch $149.99/mo (5 seats with Orbit!), Runway $299.99/mo (10 seats), and Scale $549.99/mo (25 seats). Resolve is included on every plan. Additional seats are $15/mo on every plan, including Free Forever. Annual billing saves two months. Full pricing breakdown.
- Can I try a paid plan before committing?
- Yes. A one-time 30-day free trial is available on Intro through Scale — no credit card required. Start from pricing or Admin → Billing. Free Forever stays available if you prefer.
- What is Connect?
- Connect is team chat and browser-based video — Live on Startup and above. Free Forever and Intro do not include Connect. Startup covers 1:1 internal calls (up to 30 min); Launch adds internal group video; Runway and Scale add guest links and longer limits. Learn about Connect.
- What is Comms?
- Comms is a planned module — not live yet — for unified voice and SMS alongside Connect & Video. It is slated for 2027 and will tie Salestrics Voice/SMS into the same CRM records as chat and meetings. Email is no longer part of Comms; it ships today as Salestrics Email. See the platform roadmap.
- Do I need Zoom or another video tool?
- Not on Startup and above. Connect includes browser-based video with screen sharing and meeting threads — no separate Zoom subscription required. Free Forever and Intro do not include video meetings.
- Does Salestrics integrate with Google Calendar and Gmail?
- Yes. Google Calendar syncs with Workspace Calendar so your external calendar appears alongside your team’s schedule. Salestrics Email includes a calendar tab with workspace and Google Calendar support, plus optional Gmail inbox sync.
- What is Resolve?
- Resolve is Salestrics customer service — cases, queues, SLAs, and knowledge tied to the same Accounts and Contacts as Momentum CRM. It is Live on every plan with Quick Actions. See the roadmap.
- What is Sprint?
- Sprint is a Trello-style kanban board for tasks across your org — link work to deals, cases, and projects inside Momentum. A beta is available now under the Sprint module.
- What is Ledger banking?
- Ledger covers revenue, expenses, and invoices on every plan. Paid plans add bank connections and transaction sync — one connection on Intro and Startup, three on Launch, unlimited on Runway and Scale — so money movement sits next to the deals that generated it.
- What are Orbit! User licenses?
- Orbit! is included on Launch, Runway, Scale, and Enterprise. On those plans you can add Orbit! User licenses so people outside CRM seats stay connected to wins, updates, and culture in Orbit!. Learn about Orbit!
- How do I sign up?
- Create a workspace at mysalestrics.com/register. Sign in at mysalestrics.com/sign-in. Open email at mail.salestrics.com.
- How does AI usage work?
- Assistant draws from an org-level AI token pool that resets monthly. Your plan sets the allowance — visible on the billing page and in-product. Org admins can set AI guardrails. Try the public demo at ai.salestrics.com. Single-record CRM workflows are unlimited and do not count toward bulk automation limits.
- Can we switch from a spreadsheet or another CRM?
- Yes. Many teams start on Free Forever to run pipeline in Salestrics before they outgrow spreadsheets or a patchwork of HubSpot, Salesforce, and separate doc tools. Import and migration paths depend on what you use today — email support@salestrics.com with your current stack and we’ll point you in the right direction.
- Something broken — how do I get help?
- Visit our support page, read docs.salestrics.com, or email support@salestrics.com — include your workspace name. For outages, see the System Status Center.
