This Refund Policy explains how billing, trials, cancellations, and plan changes work for the Salestrics revenue workspace (the “Service”) offered by Salestrics Inc. (“Salestrics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supplements our Terms of Service. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.
1. Summary
Salestrics offers a Free Forever plan and a 30-day free trial on paid plans so you can evaluate the Service before committing. Because of that, we do not offer refunds on subscription fees. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then your workspace is downgraded to Free Forever.
2. Free Forever
Free Forever is available at no charge with no credit card required. It includes one active user and core platform access as described on app.salestrics.com/pricing. Free Forever is not a trial — it remains available if you never upgrade or after a paid subscription ends.
3. 30-day free trial on paid plans
Paid plans from Intro through Scale may include a one-time 30-day free trial as shown at checkout and on our pricing page. During the trial you can use the features included in the plan you selected. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged at the then-current rate for that plan.
We encourage you to use the trial period to confirm Salestrics fits your team. Because full plan access is available before payment, trial and post-trial subscription fees are not refundable.
4. No refunds
All charges are final. Salestrics does not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades mid-cycle, or accounts closed after a renewal charge — except where refunds are required by applicable law.
If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact support@salestrics.com promptly and we will review it.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your workspace billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not delete your account immediately.
- If you cancel during a free trial before it ends, you will not be charged for that plan.
- If you cancel after a charge, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless otherwise stated in-product.
6. Access after cancellation
After you cancel a paid plan, you may continue using Salestrics on that paid plan until your subscription period ends. You retain access to the features and seat limits of the plan you paid for through the last day of the billing cycle.
When the subscription term expires, paid-plan features and additional seats end. Your organization is then moved to Free Forever.
7. Downgrade to Free Forever
When a paid subscription ends — whether because you cancelled, a trial converted and later lapsed, or payment could not be collected — your workspace is downgraded to Free Forever. On Free Forever:
- One primary user remains active and can access the core platform.
- All other users in the organization are deactivated until you upgrade to a paid plan that includes additional seats.
- Your data is retained according to our Privacy Policy and product limits for the Free Forever plan.
Workspace administrators are responsible for exporting any data they need before additional users lose access or before features unavailable on Free Forever are no longer reachable.
8. Plan changes
Upgrades take effect according to the flow shown in-product and may be prorated. Downgrades to a lower paid plan or to Free Forever apply at the start of the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise at checkout. Downgrades do not entitle you to a refund for the difference between plans in the current period.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Material changes apply to future billing periods after notice where required.
