These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website at salestrics.com, the Salestrics revenue workspace at mysalestrics.com and related application URLs, and all related products and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Salestrics Inc. (“Salestrics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The Service
Salestrics provides a cloud-based revenue workspace including CRM, documents, collaboration, finance, analytics, automation, AI features, and related tools. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is offered as Public Beta during early availability — features may change and occasional downtime may occur.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite to your workspace.
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law
- Misuse AI features to generate illegal, deceptive, or abusive content
- Interfere with other users’ access or exceed reasonable usage limits
We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
4. Plans, billing, and trials
- Free Forever and paid plans are described at app.salestrics.com/pricing. Features and seat limits vary by plan.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply.
- We may change pricing with notice before it applies to a new billing period.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
5. Customer data and privacy
You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant Salestrics a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to upload Customer Data — including contact records and communications — and for complying with applicable data protection laws.
6. AI features
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review outputs before use in sales, legal, financial, or customer-facing contexts. Salestrics does not guarantee that AI features will meet your requirements or produce error-free results. AI usage may be subject to plan limits or metering as described in-product or on our pricing page.
7. Intellectual property
Salestrics and its licensors own the Service, software, branding, and documentation. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not use Salestrics trademarks without written permission.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party products. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Salestrics is not responsible for third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALESTRICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALESTRICS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SALESTRICS FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
11. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Salestrics against claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive — including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited, exclusive jurisdiction for disputes will be in state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
