Within 24 hours of opening Public Beta, we received 70 service requests reporting issues across the platform. Thank you for the detail — we are on it.

Public Beta opened on June 15. In the first 24 hours, our support queue received 70 service requests from customers reporting issues across Salestrics. That volume tells us people are using the platform seriously — and that we have work to do.

What you reported

Reports span multiple apps. The most common themes we can share publicly right now:

  • Email sending — messages not going out from the expected sender address
  • Momentum CRM — certain fields not behaving as expected on records
  • Workspace Slides — presentations not displaying correctly in full screen

Customers also flagged other issues across the platform. We are triaging everything — not every report maps to a single root cause yet, and we will not speculate publicly until we know more.
