Changelog #10

July 16–19, 2026

Smarter AI across your workspace — Morning Brief on the dashboard, a conversational Executive Companion, and AI that follows you from Mail to Connect. Plus a full Insight analytics workspace, finance permissions that respect your team, a free public Resume Builder, and the reliability fixes you asked for in meetings, documents, and automations.

Here is what we shipped for customers between July 16 and July 19, 2026 — focused on intelligence, collaboration, analytics, and the day-to-day polish that keeps revenue work moving.

Remaining apps graduate to Live

The last five modules still marked Beta in the app launcher moved to Live this period — production-ready for every workspace on eligible plans:

  • Connect — meetings and team chat
  • Resolve — service desk and cases
  • Ledger — invoicing, revenue, and finance
  • Insight — analytics and BI
  • Auto — workflows and automations

Every module in the Salestrics launcher is now Live. Platform-wide status and shipping updates stay on the System Status Center.

Salestrics AI & Assistant

Intelligence on your dashboard

  • Morning Brief — start the day with a personalized summary on your dashboard: what moved yesterday, what needs attention today, and how confident the briefing is.
  • Proactive insights — an insights feed surfaces risks, wins, and opportunities; dismiss what you have handled or tap “I’m feeling lucky” for one surprising, actionable suggestion.
  • Explain your business — ask what changed, why pipeline shifted, or what to investigate next without leaving the dashboard.
  • Workspace memory — tell Assistant to remember facts about your org so future sessions stay in context.

Richer Assistant experience

  • Confidence indicators — see when a reply is grounded in live data versus partial context.
  • Follow-up chips — one-tap next questions so you do not have to rephrase.
  • Action buttons — run suggested workflows directly from Assistant replies.
  • Fresh greetings — rotating, time-aware hellos instead of the same static opener.

Executive Companion

  • Conversational executive assistant — a voice-reactive AI companion for leaders who want answers and follow-through in natural conversation.
  • Plan-based usage — limits scale with your subscription so teams get the right level of access.

Connect → Assistant

  • Meeting follow-ups saved automatically — after Connect video calls, AI-generated summaries land in your Assistant history so nothing from the meeting is lost.

Organization AI Instructions

  • Org-wide guidance — administrators set how AI should represent your company under Admin → AI Guardrails — tone, priorities, terminology, and boundaries.

Clearer errors

  • Plain-language messages — when AI cannot complete a request, you see a helpful Salestrics message — not technical jargon from upstream systems.

Custom Applications AI

  • Reliable app drafting — AI drafting for custom apps returns complete results again, with stronger suggestions for data models, views, and automations when you describe what you need.

Connect (meetings & chat)

  • Meetings that work end-to-end — voice, listening, and end-meeting flows behave reliably in live calls.
  • Connect dashboard — see live activity and collaboration signals at connect.salestrics.com.
  • Meetings list — browse past and upcoming meetings with pagination so long histories stay fast.
  • Executive virtual tile — a clearer presence tile in meeting layouts for remote executives.
  • Camera and microphone — WebRTC audio and video work consistently; org members can join active internal meetings without friction.
  • Layout toggle — spotlight and gallery controls match what you actually see on screen.
  • AI in Connect — overview summaries, thread-level summarize and draft in chat, and meeting follow-ups surfaced on insights and in Assistant.

Mail & Threadmail

  • AI-native email — reply suggestions, tone controls, smart subjects, action items, and CRM-aware drafting in Mail and Threadmail.
  • Mail AI panel — an in-app side panel for summarize, draft, and analyze without leaving your inbox.
  • Threadmail on records — AI tools on the email UI attached to CRM records.
  • Connected context — Mail, CRM contacts, and Assistant share the same picture of each relationship.
  • Service request routing — emails to Service Requests land on the correct records.
  • Shared attachments — teammates can open attachments from shared and organization mailboxes.

Insight (analytics & BI)

  • Modern analytics workspace — SQL editor with schema browser, autocomplete, join suggestions, query history, saved queries and folders, and export.
  • Data explorer — browse datasets with schema preview and row counts tied to your organization’s live data.
  • Visual reports — line, bar, pie, donut, KPI, funnel, and table charts.
  • Dashboard builder — start from executive, sales, support, or finance templates.
  • Semantic metrics — catalog metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and win rate out of the box.
  • Collaboration — versioning, permissions, and explainability so teams trust what they share.
  • External connections — administrators can provision approved data connections for Insight.
  • Live landing counts — module home screens show real database counts for transformations, reports, and metrics.
  • Finance privacy — revenue and finance datasets stay hidden from users without finance permissions.

Workspace

  • Slides present modeOpen Presentation loads reliably instead of spinning indefinitely.
  • Corrupt decks — better recovery when a presentation file is damaged.
  • Document save — draft restore no longer blocks auto-save; plain .txt and .md files save as text.
  • Docs, Sheets, and Slides — continued reliability improvements across the native editors.

Ledger & Finance

  • Invoice printing — print invoices with a more dependable load-and-print flow.
  • Cleaner URLs — legacy Ledger paths such as /ledger/invoices redirect to the canonical routes you bookmarked.
  • Finance permissions — Ledger modules, dashboard finance KPIs, and Insight finance data respect Finance Agent and Finance Manager profiles.
  • Transactions — the same finance permission gate applies consistently across all Ledger surfaces.

Momentum & CRM

  • Application access — permission profiles (for example Sales Agent) control who can open Momentum.
  • New case shortcut/cases/new routes to the Cases list instead of a dead end.
  • Record security — CRM records respect organization membership boundaries.

Orbit

  • Simpler sharing — external Share was removed from posts; Repost remains for amplifying teammates.
  • Activity links — links from the activity panel open the correct lead and record URLs.
  • Orbit-only plans — teammates on Orbit-focused plans see Orbit without unrelated apps cluttering navigation.

Auto (workflows & automations)

  • Bulk automations — run workflows across many records again; bulk runs are enabled by default with sensible guardrails.
  • AI automation form — module and list view stay in sync when you pick a workflow or record type.
  • Scheduled runs — if the person who created a scheduled automation loses access, the org administrator can still keep it running.
  • Monthly limits — bulk automation limits apply consistently so usage stays predictable.
  • Permission profiles — Auto respects the same app access rules as the rest of the platform.

Admin & permissions

  • Roles that stick — updating a role or profile syncs permissions across the apps that person uses.
  • Admin-only areasAdmin, user management, roles, profiles, billing overview, and SSO/MFA settings require an organization administrator.
  • Admin indicator — the shield icon in the top bar appears only for administrators.
  • Org customization — branding and customization changes require admin approval.
  • App profiles enforced — Momentum, Insight, Auto, Connect, Resolve, Flow, Workforce, Orbit, Comms, and Ledger each honor permission profiles at the route level.

Salestrics Resume (free at app.salestrics.com/resume)

  • No sign-in required — build a resume for free; anonymous sessions keep your work between visits.
  • AI assistance — career prompts, improvement suggestions, and job-match analysis.
  • Export — print to PDF, including a fix for mobile PDF export.
  • PDF upload — start from an existing PDF when creating a new resume.
  • Redesigned experience — charcoal theme and UX polish throughout the builder.

Dashboard

  • Morning Brief & insights — see the intelligence section above; your home dashboard is now the front door for AI.
  • Finance KPIs — revenue metrics on the dashboard appear only for users with finance view permission.

Billing & AI usage

  • Token pack purchases — bonus AI credits apply once even if a payment confirmation is retried.
  • Accurate balances — bonus token balances and streaming usage track more reliably.
  • Plan limits — production rate limits on AI and automation usage; Executive Companion limits follow your plan.

Plan gating

  • Connect and Orbit access — plan checks work correctly on custom domains and hosts without a tenant subdomain, so the right features stay available on the right plans.
