Changelog #12
July 21–27, 2026
Flow is now available to all customers (Beta). Connect ships automatic meeting summaries, recordings saved to Workspace, and meeting history. Support moves into the app launcher. Workspace gets major Docs, Sheets, Presentations, Calendar, and Drive upgrades — plus launcher performance, security hardening, and platform stability fixes across the week.
Here is what we shipped for customers between July 21 and July 27, 2026 — Flow for everyone, Connect that remembers your meetings, Support where you already work, and the Workspace polish that makes docs, sheets, and decks feel production-ready.
Flow — now available to all customers (Beta)
- Flow (Beta) — Flow is now available to all customers. Open it from the app launcher to explore the next generation of workflow automation on your organization graph.
Connect — meeting summaries, recordings, and history
- Automatic meeting summaries — when a Connect meeting ends, Salestrics AI generates a summary from chat, participant activity, and (when available) the meeting recording. Participants are notified when the summary is ready.
- Meeting history — browse past meetings (including archived sessions) with search and pagination from the new History page.
- Recordings saved to Workspace — meeting recordings are stored in your organization’s Drive under a dedicated Connect folder, with per-user organization.
- Host-controlled sharing — choose who can access a recording: just you, meeting participants, or the whole organization. Sharing updates automatically when permissions change.
- Recordings browser — open saved recordings directly from the Connect hub.
- Microphone access — fixed an issue where browser permissions could block your microphone during Connect meetings.
Support — new app in the launcher
- Launcher entry — Support is now a first-class app in the app launcher (Help & Support).
- Clearer escalation language — Support AI uses clearer language when escalating to a human — no internal routing details shown to you.
- Human escalation — when Support AI hands off to the team, Salestrics support is notified immediately.
- Workspace routing — signed-in users are directed to their organization workspace (for example
yourorg.salestrics.com) instead of staying on the generic app host.
Workspace — Docs, Sheets, Presentations, Calendar, and Drive
Docs
- Import and paste fidelity — Word and Google Docs formatting is preserved on import and paste — headings, lists, bold/italic, and block structure carry through.
- DOCX export — export keeps formatting across save and reload cycles.
- Editor polish — improved pagination, fonts, print layout, and paste behavior.
- Richer exports — Markdown export and richer DOCX export, including nested lists and header/footer chrome in the editor.
Sheets
- Docs import fix — fixed sheets displaying raw data after importing content from Docs.
- Fill Down / Fill Right — works within your current selection.
- Filters — match displayed values for formula columns.
- Replace-all — skips formula cells correctly.
- Sheet selection — clicking the top-left corner selects the entire sheet.
- Export and formulas — XLSX export, formula references, and toolbar reliability improvements.
Presentations
- PowerPoint import — fixed data loss when opening uploaded PowerPoint files.
- PPTX import — formatting preserved, plus a blank canvas layout for freeform slides.
- Canvas-first redesign — slide filmstrip, design panel, notes, and AI tools are collapsed by default for a cleaner editing surface. Toggle them from the status bar.
- Present mode — centers 16:9 slides in the viewport; speaker notes appear when you move the mouse.
- Connect presentations — meeting presentations respect hidden slides and keep slide navigation within deck bounds.
- Media and AI — PPTX media imports as embedded images; AI deck generation parsing improved.
Calendar
- Month view contrast — month view text is easier to read with stronger contrast.
Drive
- Upload picker — the file upload picker accepts all supported file types, not just images.
Reliability
- Sidebar preferences — fixed sidebar and utility-bar preferences causing a brief flicker on page load.
App launcher
- Faster loading — the desktop launcher loads content only when you open it, reducing unnecessary page weight.
- Quicker navigation — app tiles prefetch routes on hover so pages open faster.
- Mobile fix — resolved a crash when opening the launcher on mobile.
Security and reliability
- Insight analytics — queries are restricted so users only access finance data they are permitted to see. Users without finance permissions can no longer see finance queries.
- Rich text sanitization — CRM and presentation content is cleaned on save and display to reduce security risks.
- Upload restrictions — SVG image uploads in Workspace are blocked to prevent script injection.
- Sign-in redirects — hardened for more dependable post-login routing.
- Error messages — improved error message verbiage across the platform.
- Stability — improved stability across the platform.
