What's New in Salestrics — June 16, 2026
We shipped a focused set of improvements across CRM lists, email, accounts, profiles, and Orbit! Here’s what’s new and how it helps your team day to day.
Edit the list views you already saved
You can now edit custom list views across CRM, Momentum, Ledger, Workforce, and other module lists — not just create, pin, switch, or delete them.
- Use Edit view on any list when your organization is selected.
- Update a custom view in place: rename it, change filters, or switch between all records and my records.
- Edit a standard view to save your changes as a new custom view (built-in presets stay unchanged).
Outbound email shows your organization’s address
Emails sent from CRM and Comms now deliver from your organization’s branded address —
for example, yourorg@mysalestrics.com — instead of a generic platform sender.
Recipients see mail that matches your workspace, and replies still route to the right rep.
Billing address on accounts
Account records now include a dedicated Billing Address section with street, suite, city, state, postal code, and country. Browser autofill is supported, so filling in account details is faster during onboarding and data entry.
Delete messages from your inbox
You can delete individual messages from your email workspace and Comms inbox.
- Remove a message with the trash control on any thread.
- Deleting the last message in a thread removes the thread from your inbox list.
- In longer threads, the preview updates after a message is removed.
More industry options on accounts
The Industry field on accounts now offers 40 industry segments — from agriculture and construction to software, telecommunications, and wholesale — plus Other for anything that doesn’t fit. Existing values on your records are unchanged.
Profile photos upload reliably
Profile picture uploads now work consistently in production. Photos are stored securely and display across User Settings and anywhere your profile appears in the product.
Sort and filter columns on list tables
Module list tables now support per-column sorting and filtering across CRM, Momentum, Flow, Resolve, Ledger, and Workforce.
- Click a column header to sort ascending or descending.
- Use the filter row under headers to narrow results by value or text search.
- Clear active column filters in one step and see how many records match.
Choose which columns appear in each list view
You can show, hide, and reorder columns for the lists you work in every day.
- Open Columns next to your list view controls.
- Check or uncheck fields, then use the arrows to reorder them.
- Reset to default brings back the standard layout for that module.
- Custom views save your column choices; standard views remember preferences per organization in your browser.
Link contacts to accounts with a picker
The Account field on contacts is now a dropdown of accounts in your organization instead of free-form text.
- Pick an account from the list when creating or editing a contact.
- The contact is linked to that account record automatically.
- The account connection card on the contact sidebar reflects the linked account.
Orbit! is live — and connected to your CRM
Orbit!, Salestrics’ social layer for your organization, is now available from the app launcher.
- Open Orbit! from the launcher or utility bar to see your organization timeline.
- On CRM record Feed tabs, post updates directly on that record.
- Feeds combine automatic CRM activity with team posts from Orbit!.
- In User Settings, manage your Orbit! profile — title, bio, timezone — and jump to your full Orbit! profile page.
- Profile photos stay in sync between User Settings and Orbit! for your active organization.
