What's New in Salestrics — June 17, 2026
Today’s release is all about CRM depth — better contact data, tighter linking between records, smarter lead handling, and custom fields you can shape to how your team actually sells.
Contacts: three address cards and stronger linking
Every contact now has Physical, Shipping, and Mailing address cards. Edit them inline, update them in bulk, or let your browser autofill do the heavy lifting.
Linking is tighter across the funnel, too. Pick a contact on Opportunities, Leads, and Cases with a proper picker — no more guessing whether names match. On the contact record itself, related Opportunities and Leads show up in one place so reps can see the full picture without digging.
Leads: cleaner conversion and a score that keeps itself current
Converting a lead now archives it as Converted. Active lists stay focused on open pipeline; a dedicated Converted view keeps the history for audit and reporting.
Lead score updates automatically from budget, source, status, timeline, and whether a contact is linked. Reps still own the qualification inputs — the score itself stays read-only so everyone works from the same signal.
New lead fields give you more to work with during qualification:
- Email, phone, website, industry, and rating
- Company size, follow-up date, and competitor
- Decision-maker and budget-approved flags
- Description for context your team needs at a glance
Opportunities: deal data reps actually use
Opportunity records now carry the fields your team needs to forecast and close:
- Type, priority, forecast category, currency, and probability
- Contract term, auto-renew, contract-signed, and next step
- Competitor and description
Account is now a dropdown of accounts in your org — not free text. Linked accounts appear in related lists, and lead conversion can match an existing account by company name when one already exists.
Quotes: edit line items in place
Quotes are more flexible. Add, edit, or remove line items directly on the quote; totals and the quote amount recalculate when you save. No spreadsheet side quest required.
Custom fields: shape records to your process
Add custom fields to any live CRM record — text, textarea, number, boolean, select, or date. Each record can have its own set, so a key account and a one-off lead don’t have to look the same.
My custom fields lets you save a field setup once and reuse it on open records from the utility bar or Add field dialog. Templates apply to the record you have open — handy when you’re standardizing how a team captures the same details across similar deals.
Free Forever workspaces see an upgrade prompt for the full custom-field library. Paid plans get full access.
