What's New This Week With Salestrics
If you opened Salestrics on Monday after a few days offline, the home screen probably looked different. Morning Brief on the dashboard. Insight feeling like a real analytics product. Connect meetings that end when you click end. And every module in the launcher — including Connect, Resolve, Ledger, Insight, and Auto — now marked Live. Here’s the week in plain language, not a changelog dump.
We shipped a lot between Thursday and Sunday. The through-line is not one feature — it’s intelligence that meets you where you already work: dashboard, inbox, meeting, record, and report. If you only have five minutes, start there. If you want every detail, the July 19 changelog has the full list.
Every app is Live
The headline for the platform: Connect, Resolve, Ledger, Insight, and Auto moved from Beta to Live in the app launcher. Momentum, Workspace, Assistant, Admin, Inbox, and Orbit! were already there. Now the launcher matches the product story we’ve been telling — a revenue workspace where CRM, mail, meetings, finance, analytics, and automation share one login, not a patchwork of “almost ready” modules.
Live is not marketing wallpaper. It means production expectations, permission profiles enforced at the route level, and plan gates that work on custom domains — not only on tenant subdomains. Admins see billing and SSO settings; everyone else sees what their profile allows.
Your dashboard got a brain
Sign in and you’ll meet Morning Brief: what moved yesterday, what needs attention today, and how confident the summary is. Next to it, a proactive insights feed surfaces risks and wins you might have missed. Ask it to explain a pipeline shift. Tell Assistant to remember something about your org. Tap “I’m feeling lucky” if you want one surprising suggestion instead of another status meeting.
For leaders, Executive Companion is a conversational layer on top of that intelligence — voice-reactive, plan-aware, built for executives who want answers in dialogue, not another dashboard tab. Follow-up chips, confidence indicators, and action buttons in Assistant make the everyday version feel less like a blank chat box and more like a coworker who read your CRM overnight.
After a Connect call, meeting follow-ups land in Assistant history automatically. Admins can set org-wide AI guidance under Admin → AI Guardrails. When something breaks, you get a plain Salestrics message — not a vendor error string.
Mail, meetings, and the thread in between
Mail went further toward AI-native email: reply suggestions, tone controls, smart subjects, action items, and drafting that knows the CRM record behind the thread. A side panel keeps summarize and draft one click away from the inbox. Threadmail on records got the same tools. Shared mailbox attachments are visible to teammates who should see them.
Connect had a reliability week worth naming. Voice, listening, and end-meeting flows behave. Camera and microphone work in live calls. The meetings list paginates so long histories stay fast. Spotlight and gallery controls match what you see on screen. AI summaries and drafts show up in chat and on insights — same context, fewer copy-paste tours between apps.
Insight is a workspace now
If you have been waiting for analytics that feel native to Salestrics, this is the release to open Insight. SQL editor with schema browser and autocomplete. Data explorer on live org data. Line, bar, pie, funnel, KPI, and table charts. Dashboard templates for executive, sales, support, and finance. Semantic metrics — ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, win rate — in a catalog you can trust. Finance datasets stay hidden from people without finance permissions, same as Ledger.
Everything else you’ll notice
Workspace — Slides present mode loads instead of spinning forever; damaged decks recover more gracefully; document auto-save is less fragile. Ledger — invoice printing is steadier; finance KPIs on the dashboard respect who can see revenue. Auto — bulk workflow runs are back with sensible guardrails. Momentum — permission profiles gate who opens CRM; record access respects org boundaries. Orbit! — simpler sharing (Repost stays; external Share is gone); activity links open the right record URLs.
Outside the signed-in product, we shipped a free Resume Builder at app.salestrics.com/resume — no account required, AI suggestions, PDF export, LinkedIn import when scopes allow. Try the public AI demo at ai.salestrics.com if you want a taste of Assistant before you invite the team.
Go look
The best way to feel this week is to sign in: read your Morning Brief, open Insight, run a Connect call, draft a reply in Mail. We wrote the long version for operators who need every line item — Changelog #10 (July 16–19) in the System Status Center.
