Changelog #8
July 12, 2026
A public AI demo at ai.salestrics.com, org-wide AI guardrails in Admin, and a faster Assistant — plus Orbit! standalone at onorbit.social, Workspace editors that feel like Google and Microsoft, Threadmail™ org email, and CRM lists that stay fast as your pipeline grows.
Salestrics AI
Public demo
- Try before you sign in — ai.salestrics.com offers a signed-out demo chat so prospects can experience Salestrics AI with a generous free allowance per visit.
- Upgrade path — when the demo allowance is used, visitors are prompted to sign in for full Assistant access on their org’s plan.
Admin guardrails
- Per-app AI controls — organization administrators configure which apps can use AI, workflow limits, bulk automation caps, token ceilings, and approved tools from Admin → AI.
- Unified runtime — embedded AI in Workspace, Mail, and Orbit now shares the same guardrails and token metering as the main Assistant.
- Cross-app intelligence — Assistant can summarize and answer questions using live data from Resolve, Ledger, Workspace, Insight, and Connect where your org allows it.
- Embedded AI panels — summarize, draft, and analyze shortcuts on Momentum, Resolve, Ledger, Insight, and Dashboard home screens (Flow and Workforce coming soon).
Assistant reliability
- Session safety — replies and streamed tokens stay tied to the active chat; the composer blocks while a session loads so nothing lands in the wrong thread.
- Guardrails in the UI — Assistant surfaces honor org token limits and policy settings, not only the chat API.
- Faster sidebar — chat history loads from lightweight summaries instead of fetching every message up front.
- Streaming polish — plain text while a reply generates, formatted markdown after; smoother scrolling during long responses.
- Module preferences — which modules you show in Assistant now syncs to your account, not just this browser.
