Mail got a major upgrade this period — a CRM-native inbox, better composing, and email that stays tied to your deals.
- Improved composer — optional Cc/Bcc, clearer address display in the sidebar, and right-click actions where they make sense.
- AI Rewrite — polish a draft or start from scratch without leaving the compose window.
- Bring your own domain — on Launch and above, connect your company domain in Mail Admin and send from addresses like
you@yourcompany.com. - Personal mailboxes for everyone — each teammate has their own
@mysalestrics.cominbox again; the shared org inbox is for record-linked threads and system mail. - Email on CRM records — send and receive from accounts, contacts, and other records with threads that stay in context.
- Email-to-Case — inbound mail can open and update support cases automatically.
