Changelog #4
Mobile improvements, a new Inbox app, Gmail and Calendar integrations, Ledger banking, Orbit User licenses, updated pricing, and a customer docs hub — plus stability fixes to keep your workspace running smoothly.
Mobile experience
Salestrics is now built for phones and tablets — not just desktop. If you check pipeline or messages between meetings, the full workspace should feel usable on a small screen.
- Mobile app shell with a slide-over navigation drawer, compact top bar, and bottom utility bar.
- Mobile-optimized layouts across CRM, Connect, Workspace, Admin, and other core apps.
- App launcher opens as a bottom sheet with an app grid — same apps, easier to reach with your thumb.
- Connect on mobile with list-or-chat navigation and responsive video controls.
- Notifications display correctly on small screens in the fixed notification panel.
Inbox
There is a new Inbox app for organization email inside Salestrics. Each
workspace gets addresses at yourorg@mysalestrics.com — send and receive without
leaving the platform.
- Thread list and message viewer with rich-text compose and reply.
- Available from the Utility Bar and App Launcher alongside your other core apps.
- Works alongside personal Gmail when you connect it (see Connect & email below).
Connect, email & calendar
Email and calendar got more flexible this week — especially if your team still lives in Gmail and Google Calendar part of the day.
- Gmail mailbox switcher — toggle between Salestrics Mail and Gmail in the same workspace without signing out.
- Google Calendar sync — external Google Calendar events appear on your Workspace Calendar (read-only, with a clear badge).
- Channel management — delete Connect channels with improved touch targets on mobile.
- Mobile chat and video — responsive controls for team messaging and meetings on the go.
Ledger & banking
Ledger now supports bank account connections so finance data sits next to the deals that generated it.
- Connect bank accounts inside Ledger and sync transactions from linked accounts.
- Finance access now requires an explicit admin grant — no automatic fallback access.
- Only workspace admins can connect bank accounts, with identity verification before linking.
Orbit User role
Not everyone on your team needs full CRM access — but you may still want them in Orbit!. The new Orbit User role is for support, customer success, and other staff who should see company updates without a licensed sales seat.
- Available on Launch plans and above — admins can add unlimited Orbit Users at no extra cost.
- Orbit Users do not count toward your licensed seat limits.
- Restricted workspace UI: Orbit feed and profile only — no CRM or other apps unless you upgrade their role.
Pricing & documentation
We updated published plan pricing to match what you see in the product today. See the full breakdown on app.salestrics.com/pricing.
- Startup $59.99/mo · Launch $129.99/mo · Runway $249.99/mo · Scale $549.99/mo
- Additional seats on paid plans: $15/month per user
- New customer docs hub at docs.salestrics.com — getting started, CRM, Workspace, Connect, and troubleshooting guides
Stability & reliability
Behind the features, we fixed several issues that affected page loads, sign-in, and deployments during the week:
- Resolved page load failures tied to billing plan configuration.
- Fixed a production sign-in issue that blocked workspace access for some users.
- Improved database migration checks on deploy so schema updates apply consistently.
- Fixed application startup and health monitoring for faster recovery when something goes wrong.
- Resolved CRM build errors that could block releases.
