Introducing Salestrics Mail

We just shipped Salestrics Mail — built-in email for every Salestrics workspace. No more context switching between your CRM and Gmail. One inbox, connected to everything else.

Salestrics Mail is live at mail.salestrics.com — built-in email for every workspace, included on every plan.

What you get

  • Compose with keyboard — Press c. Use j/k to navigate. Press ? for all shortcuts.

  • Bring your own domain (BYOD) — On Launch and above, send from your company domain (e.g. you@yourcompany.com) instead of @mysalestrics.com.

Mail Admin

Every org admin has access to Mail Admin — regardless of plan or whether your workspace uses BYOD. In beta, Mail Admin covers user management (synced with Salestrics Admin IAM) and domain management. Launch+ workspaces use domain management for BYOD setup; all admins can manage mail users from the same portal. Open it from Admin → Mail or the gear icon in Mail.

Start using it today

  1. Visit Mail — Go to mail.salestrics.com
  2. Compose — Press c or click compose. Your personal inbox is ready.
  3. Connect Gmail (optional) — Add Gmail in User Settings and read both inboxes together.
  4. Invite your team — Send from your org address. Everyone gets their own mailbox.
  5. Bring your domain (Launch+) — Open Admin → Mail, add your domain, and verify DNS. Mail Admin walks you through it.

Pro tips

  • Keyboard warrior? Press ? for shortcuts. c = compose, r = reply, e = archive, / = search.
  • Run out of space? Mail attachments count toward Workspace Drive. Check usage in the sidebar.
  • Gmail drafts? Gmail messages send immediately from Salestrics Mail. Salestrics mailboxes can save and recover drafts.
  • Bulk organize? Press s for selection mode, then mark multiple emails read or move them to folders.

What’s next

We’re listening to feedback. On the roadmap:

  • Full-text search — Search all your email, not just the latest 50.
  • Email templates — Write once, reuse anywhere.
  • Scheduled send — Compose now, send later.
  • Undo send for Gmail — Currently on Salestrics mailboxes. Coming for Gmail too.
  • Bulk forwarding — Forward multiple emails in one action.

Questions

How much storage do I have?

Check the Mail sidebar or go to Admin → Billing. Your plan’s Drive quota applies to files, documents, and email attachments.

What if I run out of space?

Delete attachments from old emails or upgrade your plan.

Can I use my domain for email?

Yes — on Launch and above. Every plan includes @mysalestrics.com addresses out of the box. Launch+ workspaces can bring your own domain (BYOD) through Mail Admin — verify DNS and send from your brand. See plan tiers.

Who can access Mail Admin?

Every org admin — on any plan, with or without BYOD. Mail Admin is not a Launch+ feature. In beta it covers user management (IAM, synced with Salestrics Admin) and domain management.

Is my email secure?

Yes. TLS encryption in transit. Encrypted at rest on AWS. See privacy and security practices for details.

Can I export my email?

Download individual emails or attachments from Mail. Bulk export is coming.

Salestrics Mail is one piece of a larger bet: email belongs in your CRM, not next to it. Most platforms bolt on email as an afterthought. We built it in — same database, same user, same records, same bill.
